If You Could Say It In Words will screen on April 2 at the cinemAutismo festival in Turin, Italy! This screening, on the final evening of the festival, coincides with World Autism Awareness Day and will be shown at the Cinema Massimo, the movie theatre of the National Cinema Museum of Turin. The festival, which will also feature the HBO biopic "Temple Grandin", is curated by Marco Mastoni from Responsible Project Autism at the Associazione Museo Nationale del Cinema. If you're in the region, be sure to check it out!

Event start time is 20.45 (8:45 pm) and will kick off with the Alex Plank documentary "Diagnosis: Different".

West Coast Premiere!

WORDS will have its second public screening and West Coast Premiere at the Method Fest film festival in Calabasas, CA-- 15 minutes from LA. Screening occurs March 29 at 7pm at the Calabasas Civic Center. The film will be presented by Dennis Lehane (author, Mystic River, Gone Baby Gone, and the Scorcese-helmed Shutter Island).The Method Fest, named after the famous "Method" school of acting, showcases breakout acting performances in character and story-driven films. More than 120 films that have premiered or played at The Method Fest, including recent box office hits Waitress and The Visitor, have received theatrical, TV or video distribution.Tickets are available through Brown Paper Tickets. We are thrilled to bring WORDS to the L.A. metro area!


Latest Cast Accomplishments!

The hits just keep on comin’ for our talented If You Could... cast! Alvin Keith [Nelson] has just concluded a three-theatre premiere run of Daniel Beaty’s Resurrection (Arena Stage, Hartford Stage, and Philadelphia Theatre Company), and now Marin Ireland [Sadie] is making her Broadway debut! Marin costars with Steven Pasquale ("Rescue Me"), Piper Perabo (The Prestige) in Neil LaBute’s reasons to be pretty, which begins previews on March 13 and opens April 2 at the Lyceum Theatre. 2 'Best's!

If You Could Say It In Words can now be referred to as the "award winning first feature" of A Chip & A Chair Films! On Oct. 12, IYC took 'Best Feature' and 'Best of Fest' at the Derby City Film Festival in Louisville, KY. Writer/director Nicholas Gray took the stage and thanked festival directors Kris & Ashley Rommel for their dedication to creating a home for independent film in Louisville. 2008 marks the first year for the DCFF, and If You Could...'s festival debut. We'll wear our new laurels with pride!
